Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 2025

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and business information. When you connect third-party services (such as Google Business Profile, Facebook, Xero, Stripe, or calendar services), we receive and store authentication tokens and basic account information from those services. We also collect data you import or create within Launchpad, including contacts, properties, campaigns, and communications.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve Launchpad's features and services
  • Sync data between Launchpad and your connected third-party services
  • Send campaigns and communications on your behalf
  • Generate AI-powered insights, suggestions, and content
  • Send you important account notifications and product updates

3. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect a third-party service, we request only the permissions necessary to provide the features you've enabled. Access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. You can disconnect any integration at any time from your Settings page, which revokes our access and deletes stored tokens. Each third-party service has its own privacy policy that governs how they handle your data.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security policies ensuring that you can only access your own organisation's data. All authentication tokens for connected services are encrypted before storage. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. AI and Data Processing

Launchpad uses AI services (such as OpenAI) to power features like the assistant, content generation, and smart suggestions. When you use these features, relevant data may be sent to AI providers for processing. We do not use your data to train AI models. AI providers process data according to their own data processing agreements and privacy policies.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and export your data at any time
  • Correct inaccurate information in your account
  • Delete your account and all associated data
  • Disconnect any third-party integration and revoke access
  • Opt out of non-essential communications

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use a temporary HttpOnly cookie during OAuth flows to prevent cross-site request forgery. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice in the application. Your continued use of Launchpad after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
